It is a service that helps people find and purchase property in Downtown Phoenix.

How much does it cost to use this service?
Nothing. The seller pays me if, and when, my clients purchase their property.

Do you only help people purchase condos on this website?
No, I help people find everything from homes in the beautiful historic districts, to funky art studios that can be used as an architect’s office. I look for houses that will someday be a busy restaurant and vacant land for developers. The creative energy is certainly flowing in Downtown Phoenix.

How do you find properties?
I have many sources. I use the MLS and other real estate databases. I meet with developers and architects who are building or thinking about building projects. I meet with individuals who call to tell me they are selling their property, either by themselves (FSBOs) or through their agents. Quite simply, I am a researcher by nature and I hunt out the gems.

Are you a licensed real estate agent?
Yes. I am an Arizona licensed real estate agent specializing as a buyer’s agent in the Downtown Phoenix market. I am currently taking advanced coursework through the Graduate Realtor Institute and can add the GRI designation to my MBA and BBA in Russian. (Yes, Russian. Ask me about it!)

Do you work with international buyers?
Yes. Believe it or not, Downtown Phoenix (and this website) is catching the eye of the rest of the world!

I already have another agent but he/she does not specialize in Downtown Phoenix. Can you work with us?
Absolutely. Your agent is familiar with the referral system. Ask them to give me a call.
